Welcome to London and the first day of the Classic Europe tour! Meet up with the Tour Leader and the rest of your tour group. The adventure starts with a city tour of London before enjoying an included British roast lunch at a local pub. Up next is the iconic Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. This evening, join your tour leader on an orientation tour of Brick Lane before enjoying free time at Spitalfields Market. If Victorian history and true crime fascinates you, choose to join our unmissable, immersive Jack The Ripper private tour which includes a drink at the famous Ten Bells pub.
London - Paris
This morning, it’s time to travel from London to Paris. Cross the English Channel and travel through to the French capital. Arrive and enjoy a driving tour of “The City of Lights” which showcases the city’s best landmarks including the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and more. In the evening, sit down for a group dinner at a restaurant in the city. This is the perfect time to plan what you’d like to see on tomorrow’s free day. Be sure to get some rest tonight - there is a full day of travel adventure waiting to be enjoyed tomorrow!

The wonderful thing about Paris is that there is so much to experience, regardless of the time of day, or season. Explore on your own and soak up the city's atmosphere or join an optional full day of exploration in Paris!
Paris - Burgundy - Swiss Alps
Au revoir Paris! Today, it’s time to sample a taste of small-town France with a lunch stop in Burgundy. Explore the town of Beaune and visit the beautiful Hospices de Beaune or try wine that the region is famous for! After lunch, take a long scenic drive across the border into Switzerland and head towards the Swiss Alps. Admire the alpine forests, beautiful lakes and dramatic mountains! Arrive in the Swiss Alps - home for the next two days!
Swiss Alps: Free Day
It’s a guaranteed snow day! For 365 days of the year Jungfraujoch has a dusting or coat of snow. Your tour leader can arrange a full-day optional excursion to the “Top of Europe” - see the spectacular glacier and enjoy the incredible views! The journey up the mountain is a highlight in itself, providing panoramic views of mountains, lakes and glaciers. Alternatively, spend the day exploring at a lower altitude. Explore the local town, enjoy sight-seeing, souvenir shopping and don't miss your chance to indulge in Swiss chocolate! Spend your free day wandering and breathing in that crisp, fresh, Alpine air! Join the optional Swiss dinner tonight to tuck into traditional Swiss food!
Swiss Alps - Pisa - Tuscany
It’s time to swap snow for gelato as you continue your European tour from your mountain adventure towards stunning Italian vistas. Capture your iconic shots at the Leaning Tower of Pisa! A World Heritage UNESCO Site, The Leaning Tower is visited by tourists from every corner of the globe and is one of the most popular cultural European landmarks. Onwards to the exquisite Tuscan region - famous for wine, food, art and architecture. You will settle in Montecatini Terme, a spa town north-west of Florence. Time for a local wine or two.
Tuscany - Florence - Rome
Continue the journey through the beautiful Tuscan region. Today’s first stop is Florence. Enjoy an orientation tour of this captivating Renaissance city that is famous for its art and history. Then, visit a leather making workshop and watch expert local craftsmen at work before enjoying some free time to explore this enchanting city on your own. Alternatively, join the optional excursion and delight in a delicious family-style Tuscan lunch. Following Florence is Italy’s capital city - Rome! Arrive and enjoy free time to explore this fascinating and ancient city. Meet up with the group in the early evening and enjoy an included dinner.
Rome: Free Day
Today is a free day for you to experience Rome's ancient history, exquisite culture and delicious food. Why not use your free time to visit the Colosseum and Roman Forum on an insightful, locally guided tour? You also have the option of joining our 'Conquer the Capital' excursion, seeing sights including the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, and enjoying a delicious lunch and gelato tasting. Alternatively, explore on your own and visit the Vatican City to explore the smallest country in the world and see the famous Sistine Chapel (don’t forget to look up and marvel at the famous ceiling painted by Michelangelo!).
Rome - Venice
Enjoy the marvellous diversity of the Italian landscape as the tour travels onwards to Venice! A truly unique city, Venice is perched across 118 islands and is known for its canals, gondolas, Venetian masks, piazzas, art and traditional glass and lace making. Keep an eye out for the world-famous St. Marks Square, Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge. The evening is yours to wine and dine as you wish. Top the night off by exploring Venice the traditional way - from the canals! Join the Evening in Venice optional excursion for gondola and water taxi rides that give you a completely different perspective and appreciation for the amazing floating city!
Venice - Innsbruck - Munich
Guten Tag! It’s time to travel to Germany. Today’s final destination is Munich, the vibrant capital of Germany’s Bavaria region. But first, enjoy a stop and orientation tour in Innsbruck, Austria. Visit the Golden Roof Museum and marvel at the Gothic architecture before enjoying free time for lunch. Next, continue to Munich. While Munich is most well known for being home to Oktoberfest, the city has a long, storied past filled with a fascinating history. Enjoy an orientation tour with your tour leader to see the highlights and learn more about the modern and ancient history of this city. Tuck into dinner in a traditional German beer hall this evening!
Munich - Rhine Valley
The German adventure continues this morning. Head towards the enchanting Rhine Valley. Arrive in one of the most picturesque areas along the Rhine River and enjoy a stunning cruise along the Rhine River. This part of the valley is home to the most concentrated stretch of castles in Europe. Take in the views of the striking cliffs, medieval castles and historic vineyards along the river banks. The cruise ends in Boppard, a UNESCO World Heritage town known for its incredible wine. Sample some of this excellent wine and learn about the Rhine Valley varietals with an included tasting. Finally, check into the hotel for the evening and enjoy an included dinner.
Rhine Valley - Amsterdam
Bid Auf Wiedersehen to Germany this morning as the tour makes its way to the Netherlands. Stop in the Dutch countryside and learn about some of the country’s most famed local products. Taste delicious Dutch cheese and discover how traditional clogs are made. Then, visit the Riekermolen Windmill for some memorable photos. Then, it’s time to explore Amsterdam, the vibrant capital of the Netherlands. Get acquainted with the city’s highlights on a canal cruise. Relax while sightseeing from the water and learning more about Amsterdam as you cruise. Enjoy some free time before tonight’s dinner which is at a local restaurant.
Amsterdam - Bruges - London
Say farewell to Amsterdam as the tour continues. Today’s first stop is in the medieval city of Bruges, in Belgium. Enjoy free time in the city; take a stroll along cobblestone streets, admire the historic buildings, stock up on Belgian chocolate or indulge in a Belgian waffle (or two). After Bruges, it’s time to continue the last leg of the journey back to London. Cross the English Channel and arrive back in London towards the end of the day. Tonight, choose to end the tour on a festive note with an optional farewell dinner at a local curry house on the famous Brick Lane!
Depart London, Fly to Australia
After two incredible weeks, the tour comes to an end this morning. Enjoy breakfast with the group at the hotel where you can say goodbye to your new travel friends. Please make your own way to the airport in time for your flights back to Australia. We hope to welcome you back on the road again soon!

Travel requirements for this tour:
The tour operator may implement enhanced health and safety protocols on their trips. Additional precautions, if required, have been introduced to help prevent the transmission of Covid-19 and to help ensure that travellers and the tour team are as safe and protected as possible while on tour.
Travellers may be asked to produce a negative PCR test or negative Antigen test in order to embark on our escorted tours. If required, this is regardless of vaccination status. Travellers are advised to bring their own face masks for use if required. Always remember to practice good hygiene, wash or sanitise your hands frequently and social distancing is advisable where possible.
Adequate Travel Insurance:
All tour travellers are required to show proof of adequate travel insurance. Your policy of insurance is required to cover you and your party against the cost of cancellation by you; the cost of assistance (including repatriation - medical and non-medical) in the event of accident or illness; loss of baggage and money; protection against Covid-related claims and other expenses.
Travel guidelines are subject to change and the enforcement of certain measures (i.e. health tests, vaccination status, social distancing and mask-wearing) will vary in different regions. The tour operator will defer to local health authorities for best practices in their region.
