We work closely with tour operators that have received the Safe Travels stamp by the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC), which enables travellers to recognise companies around the world that have adopted health and hygiene global standardised protocols.
To help you book with confidence, we will assist you if any unexpected situations arise and My Travel Experience also offers clients as much flexibility as possible when making bookings.

New bookings on tours that display the ‘Book with Confidence’ badge only need to pay AU$250 per person deposit to confirm the tour reservation.
The final balance of payment is due 21 days prior to the departure date. For tours that display the badge, this gives greater flexibility and means you won’t risk losing your money by locking in a great deal early.
If you do need to alter your booking, until 21 days before departure there will be no penalty charged by the tour operator (service fees to alter the booking may apply). Book with Confidence changes can include: the tour, departure date, destination and passenger name changes.
Notify us in writing at least 21 days before your departure if you are unsure about travelling and you will be given the option to keep any monies paid toward the original booking as Future Travel Credit, usable on a tour departing until 31 December 2022.
If you change to a trip or departure that is more expensive than your original booking, you will need to cover the difference in price. If the trip or departure is less expensive than the original, a Future Travel Credit will be issued for the difference.

For tours that are not displaying a ‘Book with Confidence’ badge, we have worked with the local suppliers and tour operators to offer other flexible booking conditions.
The Book with Confidence tab on each tour will provide details on what these new terms include and the options you have if travel restrictions prevent you from travelling.
