Canada & Alaska trip overview
Fly from Australia and begin your adventure in Vancouver, on Canada’s west coast. There’s time to explore the cosmopolitan city before joining the Canadian Rockies rail and coach tour. Adventure and beauty await at every turn.
Start your famous Rocky Mountaineer train journey from Vancouver, where you’ll be captivated by the breathtaking vistas of the Fraser Canyon, Columbia River, the Monashe Mountains and Mount Robson National Park. Upon arriving in Jasper, the adventure continues as you transition to our motor coach tour. Get ready for an unforgettable journey through the magnificent glaciers, awe-inspiring canyons and breathtaking waterfalls.
Discover the beauty of British Columbia as you travel to Jasper. En route to Banff, explore Maligne Canyon, Icefield Parkway, majestic Castle Mountain and Columbia Icefield, where you could get to visit the Athabasca Glacier. Spend two nights in Banff and stroll the shores of the picturesque Lake Louise. Then take the scenic drive through Rogers Pass and Yoho National Park on the return to Vancouver.
After another memorable night in Vancouver, it’s time to board your 7-night Alaska cruise aboard Celebrity Solstice. Witness amazing views and wildlife as you sail through the magical Inside Passage to Icy Strait Point. Cruise by breathtaking Hubbard Glacier and dock in Alaska’s remote capital of Juneau and the culturally-rich town of Ketchikan. Sail past evergreen-clad cliffs and deep blue icy “bergy bits” or “growlers” on this scenic voyage.
With return international flights, a Canadian Rockies Rail tour, Celebrity Cruise, escorted sightseeing, hotel accommodation, meals and more – don’t miss your chance to see Canada and the USA’s most remarkable landscapes.
